Here the client was keen to take advantage of the property's elevated location and view across the channel. A 1.5m extension with 5m wide bi-fold doors and 3 roof windows has helped achieved this, as well as providing much needed additional inside space and natural light

DALTONGATE, ULVERSTON
This project involved obtaining planning permission for the construction of a unique 1 bedroom detached bungalow within the curtilage of a listed building, a former toll house, which is also to be converted into ancillary accommodation for the new dwelling as part of the scheme
LINDAL-IN-FURNESS
A project recently completed in Lindal-in-Furness involving the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a new sunroom opened up into the existing kitchen / diner
